Storyworth’s own pricing page lists a Basic plan for one black-and-white book, a Color plan for one full-color book, and an Unlimited plan for two full-color books with multiple storytellers — priced per book, not per family.
Sources, people, places, and moments from any number of invited contributors connect into one ongoing, curator-reviewed Story with a private website — not a single book from a single storyteller.
The structural difference
None of this is a discount or a promotion — the product is priced differently on purpose.
Storyworth is built around one person answering weekly questions. Simply Stories is built for many contributors adding sources and memories to the same curated Story.
Storyworth’s output is a printed book at the end of a year. A Simply Story is a website that keeps growing as new sources and chapters are approved.
Storyworth captures answers in the storyteller’s own words. Simply Stories attaches every claim to the photograph, document, or recording that backs it, with a curator’s review recorded alongside it.
Storyworth is a public, self-serve product today. Simply Stories is currently a private pilot with one founding family, with pricing for broader availability not yet published.
Honest answers
If what your family wants is one relative’s own words, prompted weekly and bound into a printed book by the end of the year, Storyworth is a well-established way to get exactly that. Simply Stories is a different shape of project — a curated, source-backed, multi-contributor Story with a website behind it — and it is not yet open beyond our founding pilot family.
