Who can see our Story?
Nothing is public by default. Only the family or community members your curators invite can see the Story, and a curator decides what, if anything, is ever shared further.
Can other relatives add photos or memories?
Yes — an invited contributor can submit a photo, document, or memory with context, but nothing joins the Story until a curator reviews and approves it.
How do you keep the Story accurate?
Every fact in the Story is a claim backed by a source and a curator’s decision, with the confidence and evidence behind it kept alongside the claim — not a family legend presented as settled history.
What about photos or facts involving people who are still living?
Contributions capture context about living people deliberately, and a curator’s review — not an automatic rule — decides what is appropriate to include and who can see it.
What does it cost?
The founding family pilot runs on a free plan with one Story included. Pricing for broader availability has not been published yet — ask when you request an invitation.
Do we have to use the AI?
No — Ask the Story is optional and off unless your curators use it. It only answers from material already approved for the person asking, and it always shows the source behind its answer. The Optional AI page explains how it works.
